Specialist block and facilities services provider SBA Property Management (SBA) has bolstered its operations in London and the South East with a raft of new appointments and promotions.
With offices in London Docklands and Marylebone, SBA has strengthened its local presence with two recent appointments to its management and accounts teams.
Property Management Surveyor Nicky Hird joined SBA earlier this year, bringing many years of industry experience and knowledge. Nicky is a skilled professional who plays a crucial role in maximising the efficiency of SBA’s properties, ensuring the smooth running of operations and maintenance.
Nicky sits on SBA’s senior management team, helping to shape company strategy and direction alongside Directors Tim Darwall-Smith and Yassir Awan, Senior Consultant Surveyor Paul Rubenstein, and Associate Director Yehuda Bloom.
Earlier this year, Yehuda was promoted to Associate Director to support the growth of SBA’s property portfolio. Yehuda’s promotion follows more than ten years of experience in the block management industry and five years at SBA as a Property Management Surveyor, managing residential and commercial portfolios.
Drawing on over 40 years of residential experience, the team at SBA manages a portfolio of blocks and facilities across multiple locations in London and the South East, including Kensington, Chelsea, and Mayfair.
To support its continued growth in the market, the company has also appointed Annette Morrissey as an Accounts Assistant in its accounts team. Annette’s main responsibilities include providing accounting and administrative support to the wider finance team.
Building on the company’s team strengths, Susan Anderson was recently promoted to Senior Administration Manager. Having been at SBA for several years, Susan is responsible for coordinating all administration in the company relating to building repairs and maintenance work organised by the team’s property managers.
Tim Darwall-Smith MRICS, Director at SBA, said: “A core focus for us as a business is the growth of our portfolio and expansion of our services beyond residential block management. We couldn’t do this without our amazing team constantly delivering for our clients and leaseholders.
“That’s why we are thrilled to welcome Nicky and Annette to the team and congratulate Yehuda and Susan on their well-deserved promotions as the company goes from strength to strength.”
SBA provides comprehensive block management services and is seeking opportunities across the commercial, mixed-use, leisure and light industrial sectors to continue to diversify its portfolio.
